Real Estate Agent – Sales & Leasing (Commission Basis up to 75%)

Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role (no basic salary) with commissions up to 75%, giving you unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Handle property sales, rentals, and off-plan projects.
• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company and self-sourced.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Promote listings through property portals and social media.
• Stay updated on market trends and project launches.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing) preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM, Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• RERA license (advantageous, can be arranged if not available).
• UAE driving license and car is a plus.
