  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and negotiations between buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Prepare and review real estate documents such as sales agreements, tenancy contracts, and offers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of property laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Promote properties through advertisements, listings, social media, and other marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
  • Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
