Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales of secondary and off-plan properties
• Follow up, and convert inquiries and leads into deals
• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Close deals and manage the full transaction process
• Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams
• Actively participate in property marketing and campaigns
• Create and appear in social media and video content
• Build your personal brand
• Maintain a professional public image representing the company
• Contribute to increasing visibility of listings and brand presence

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of hardcore sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, English, French, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Turkish, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
• Comfortable being on camera when required.
• Active on social media platforms with personal profiles (personal branding is a plus).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and ambitious.
