Oaklyn Realty is a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant specializing in the secondary property market.

We are looking for a motivated professional with a proven sales track record who can confidently manage property listings, build strong client relationships, and close deals in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage secondary market property listings including apartments, villas, and investment properties
• Handle buyer and seller inquiries and provide professional property advice
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience (secondary market preferred)
• Proven sales track record with consistent performance
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused
• Knowledge of Dubai property market trends and communities
