We are a fast-growing Dubai-based real estate company looking for ambitious and driven Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in Dubai’s competitive property market.

As a Secondary & Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai, while building your own strong client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property listings for sale and rent
• Source new clients through portals, calls, networking, and referrals
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and legal processes
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and market changes

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Passion for sales and client service
