Your Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads through social media, networking, and personal branding
  • Post regular content on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms to build visibility
  • Log all leads in our CRM system every single day without exception
  • Conduct property tours, client meetings, and negotiations with professionalism
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, trends, and regulations
  • Be physically present in the office every working day

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident, comfortable on camera, and active on at least one social media platform
  • Previous real estate experience preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and ready to hustle
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Earning Potential
Top performing agents in Dubai close multiple deals per month. Average commissions range from 20,000 AED to 100,000+ AED per month depending on effort, consistency, and ability to generate leads.
