Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate buyer/tenant/landlord leads
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Prepare and promote property listings
• Build long-term client relationships
• Maintain CRM updates and follow-up professionally
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate prices & market trends

Requirements

• Real estate experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Positive, self-driven, and target-oriented
• UAE visa required (freelancers welcome)
• Driving license is an advantage

Earnings

This role is 100% commission-based.
Top agents at Hills Expert Properties consistently earn 20,000–80,000+ AED monthly, depending on performance.
