Real Estate Agent/Sales

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales while delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a fixed salary plus attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market available properties to potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve successful transactions.
• Stay updated with current real estate market trends, property laws, and area developments.
• Prepare necessary documentation (sales/rental agreements, contracts, etc.).
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and listing team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market and communities.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and self-motivation to achieve targets.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Incentives
