Real Estate Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Analyst at Kariba Ventures, located in Irvine, CA. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, performing due diligence on potential investments, and supporting the valuation and appraisal process of real estate assets. The Analyst will also assist in preparing investment reports, financial modeling, and collaborating with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Experience with Due Diligence processes and evaluating investment opportunities
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments principles
• Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and asset valuation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
