Familiar with conductiong condo/ coop due dillignece, revieweing and drafting leases, revieweing commercial loan documents, Representing lenders on commercial loan transactions, reviweing residential and commercial contracts, representing buyers and sellers of commercial properties, preparing closing statements, check requests, calculating reals estate tax adjustments, Trid, reviewing and clearing titles, familier with SBA lending, ect.
