Real Estate Attorney - Associate - Transactions

Ross Jeffries is engaged to fill the following role for our client:

An AmLaw 200 "super regional" firm seeks a senior- level associate attorney to join its transactional real estate practice in its Stamford or Hartford, CT office.

This group works with owners, investors, developers and tenants in a broad range of matters regarding COMMERCIAL real estate transactions. The successful candidate will have more than 4 years professional experience in acquisitions, dispositions, investments and leasing (landlord or tenant), and real estate portfolio management. Financing transactions and lending experience is considered a plus, but not required.

Candidates who have a combination of residential and commercial work will be considered.

This position REQUIRES ADMISSION to the CONNECTICUT BAR.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
