We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The agent will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for off-plan and ready properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a good understanding of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, generate, and follow up with leads through various channels (calls, events, referrals, social media).
  • Promote and sell off-plan projects and ready properties to potential buyers and investors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide clients with market insights, project comparisons, and investment advice.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all developer projects, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admin, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market, regulations, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
