Real Estate Broker

We are seeking a motivated and professional Arabic Real Estate Broker with at least one year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the local market, basic negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, properties while providing accurate market advice and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with property sales, purchases,
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.
• Negotiate and prepare real estate contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competition.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with legal advisors, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all real estate documentation is compliant with laws and regulations.
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (sales or leasing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and real estate listing platforms.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage client expectations.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
• Language: Arabic speaker

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license.
