Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role involves helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and property listings.
  • Conduct property tours, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and lease forms.
  • Provide investment advice and property insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (for Dubai agents) preferred.
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage (English, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, etc.).
