Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and licensed Real Estate Brokers to join our high-performing team. This role is suited for professionals with deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals. As a broker, you will manage property transactions, lead client engagements, and contribute to the strategic growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi
• Source and manage high-quality listings, including off-plan and resale properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Mentor junior agents and contribute to team development
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Real Estate Broker license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and legal framework
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle required
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
