Key Responsibilities:

• Gather property details and coordinate the development of marketing materials.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate rules, regulations, and policies.
• Conduct property valuations and participate in the valuation process.
• Organize and attend property viewings with clients.
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Track sales and lease progress, working closely with Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Follow up with clients after viewings to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries.
• Keep up-to-date with local market trends and property developments.
• Proactively generate new business through networking and company resources.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Results-driven with a strong passion for sales and client service.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional business attire required.
• This is a commission-based role with highly rewarding earning potential.
