About the Role

We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct market research and stay informed about property trends and values.
• List properties, conduct viewings, and promote listings through various marketing channels.
• Guide clients through the sales and rental process, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Develop and maintain a strong network to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, French, German, or Chinese are a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
