Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales and rentals.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Market and promote listings across online platforms and social media.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven success in Dubai’s real estate market with a track record of sales or leasing.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Language: Fluency in English required; Russian, French, or Chinese are an advantage.
• Mindset: Motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Licensing: Willingness to obtain RERA certification (company support provided).
• Other: UAE driving license and car preferred.
