Visa & Licensing Information

• Visa support is provided in line with UAE regulations and company policy
• Employment visa processing is initiated following the successful completion of initial performance milestones
• In cases where urgent visa arrangements are required, costs may be covered upfront by the agent and reimbursed in accordance with company policy
• RERA registration and certification are required for the role and are to be completed by the agent

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage leads and follow up professionally
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to close transactions

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, professional, and results-driven attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the Dubai real estate market
• Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
