Akakus Real Estate is a fast-growing Dubai-based real estate company specializing in off-plan and investment properties.

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our sales team and grow with us in Dubai’s booming property market.

This is a high-performance commission-based opportunity with full support, training, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable projects
• Follow up professionally and manage pipeline updates
• Book meetings and assist in closing deals
• Support marketing by being comfortable on camera when needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Confident speaking with clients over the phone
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and online tools
• Motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality
• Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory
