EZDAN REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE L.L.C is a premier boutique agency in Dubai. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Female Real Estate Agent to join our team. We provide the platform and leads; you provide the expertise and closing skills.

​Key Requirements:

• ​Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of active experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market.
• ​Languages: Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• ​Visa Status: Must be on a Self-Sponsored Visa (Husband, Father, or Golden Visa).
• ​Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• ​Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai property laws and popular residential areas.

​Main Responsibilities:

• ​Generate listings and maintain a strong database of properties.
• ​Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• ​Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers/tenants.
• ​Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions efficiently.
