Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide expert guidance on property options
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and investment consultations
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with integrity

Requirements

• Experience in real estate brokerage or client‑facing sales roles is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
• Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
