Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, and client referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and area developments.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
