We're Hiring: Real Estate Broker — Secondary Market

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Real Estate Broker to drive growth in our secondary (resale) property division.

📌 Role highlights:

Facilitate end-to-end secondary market transactions

Conduct property valuations & comparative market analyses

Represent buyers and sellers through negotiation and closing

Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients and listings

🎯 What we're looking for:

Valid real estate broker license (or ability to obtain one)

Strong knowledge of resale / secondary property market

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

💰 Compensation: Commission-based

📍 Location: On-site

⭐ Prior experience in real estate brokerage or property sales is a significant advantage. Motivated candidates new to the field are also encouraged to apply.
