We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Team Leader to drive revenue, build and manage a top-tier sales team, and represent premium inventory across Dubai’s most sought-after developments.
This is a leadership role for a proven closer who understands both off-plan and secondary markets and has the credibility, network, and execution ability to lead experienced agents.
You will work directly with company leadership on strategy, developer relationships, and high-value transactions, not just day-to-day sales operations.
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of experienced real estate agents
- Set and monitor revenue targets, KPIs, and pipeline activity
- Close high-value transactions and support team closings
- Develop relationships with top developers and key investors
- Oversee lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion strategies
- Conduct structured weekly sales reviews and strategy sessions
- Recruit and retain high-quality brokers
- Maintain strict compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
- Report directly to company leadership on performance and strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who already operates at a senior level in the Dubai real estate market.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of real estate experience in Dubai
- Proven sales track record in off-plan and/or secondary markets
- Experience managing 5–10+ agents
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions
- Strong network with developers, investors, or HNW clients
- Valid RERA certification
