Experienced Real Estate Broker (Leasing Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, or tenants.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Handle negotiations between tenants/landlords.
• Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
• Match client requirements with available properties accurately.
• Assist in leasing residential and commercial properties residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 Years of experience in the Dubai real estate market(including leasing, secondary, commercial, and property management).
• Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Knowledge in using real estate software and online marketing platforms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
