Responsibilities: Job Summary: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will perform research work and prepare financial analysis necessary to make essential Corporate planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Analytics:
  • Designs and develops analysis processes focused on providing a financial solution
  • Performs highly complex analysis of information used to make decisions on implementation of strategic programs and changes
  • Evaluates / scorecards innovative, strategic programs to measure effectiveness
  • Advising:
  • Acts as consultant on P&A programs, processes, policies
  • Project Management:
  • Develops and implements performance improvement strategies, evaluates ongoing project performance
  • Participates in cross-departmental projects
  • Leads cross-functional special projects as necessary

  • Ability to effectively work / communicate with all levels of management and Partners -
  • Ability to work complex issues with senior management using highly-developed influencing skills -
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects from conception to implementation -
  • Ability to produce work that impacts management decisions and business results -
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision -
  • Self-directed; motivated to get results independently -
  • Strong attention to detail -

Education:
  • a related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience -

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
