Real Estate Consultant

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, salaried position with an attractive commission structure of up to 30%.

The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing market insights and tailored investment strategies. You will conduct property tours, negotiate deals, and manage client relationships from initial consultation through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, calls, and referrals
• Conduct property tours and present investment opportunities to clients
• Negotiate and close property sales while maintaining strong client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate trends, projects, and market conditions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate, including off-plan and ready properties
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and investment opportunities
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
