ANA Real Estate is a growing company in Dubai’s property market, known for delivering exceptional real estate services to both tenants and landlords. We prioritize customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, helping clients achieve their real estate goals with expert guidance.


We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, purchases, sales, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience (real estate background is an advantage, but not required), excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients make informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Advise clients on buying, selling, or renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
  • Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to estimate property values and identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Guide clients through property transactions, including documentation, financing options, and negotiation.
  • Analyze market trends and property data to support client decisions.
  • Organize and attend property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns for property listings.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and the local property market.
  • Maintain a property portfolio and continuously source new listings.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
