Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and agreements
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of clients and sales activities in CRM
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market and regulations
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
