Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing professional guidance to clients to ensure successful transactions and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities
• Promote and market company properties to potential buyers and tenants
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Keep updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets
• Coordinate with marketing, admin, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of leads and transactions in CRM systems

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or property consulting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
• Target-driven with strong sales skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• RERA / relevant certification (if required by local authority)
