Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Consultant to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in the UAE real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including lead follow‑up, property tours, negotiations, and deal closure
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, landlords, and investors
• Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing strategies, and investment recommendations
• Conduct property valuations, prepare listings, and ensure all marketing materials are up to date
• Work closely with the marketing and admin teams to maximize listing exposure
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, communities, and developer offerings
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Proven track record in sales or leasing
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities and developers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Real estate certification (ADREC/RERA) is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
