Real Estate Consultant(commission + Salary)

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Consultant with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or leasing, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals independently while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads through portals, referrals, and networking
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Handle end-to-end real estate transactions from inquiry to deal closure
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
• Prepare and negotiate offers, MOUs, tenancy contracts, and sales agreements
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio (investors, landlords, tenants, buyers)
• Update listings and client data on CRM and property portals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal admin teams

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
• Valid UAE Real Estate experience (off-plan or secondary market preferred)
• Strong understanding of Dubai property areas, pricing, and trends
• Familiarity with RERA rules and documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with major property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
• CRM usage experience
• Multilingual candidates are a plus (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
