We’re a local real estate owner/operator with 50+ available units across Oakland and surrounding cities — including private offices, salon suites, retail storefronts, and apartments + houses.

We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) content creator + leasing specialist who can help us fill units fast using social media, online listings, and direct outreach.

This is not a traditional real estate role.This is a content + sales + hustle role.

If you’re active on Instagram/TikTok, understand how to create engaging content, and want to break into real estate while earning strong performance-based income — this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit properties (Oakland + nearby areas) to film content (iPhone is fine)
• Create and post daily content:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• Facebook Marketplace
• Craigslist & other listing platforms
• Write simple, effective captions and listing descriptions
• Generate inbound leads through posts and ads
• Coordinate with our leasing team to schedule tours
• Occasionally show units to prospects

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Active on social media (IG, TikTok, etc.)
• Comfortable filming video content (does NOT need to be perfect)
• Strong communication and follow-up
• Self-starter — able to manage your own schedule and workload
• Interest in real estate, leasing, or entrepreneurship is a big plus

Compensation:

• Base pay (hourly or part-time salary)
• + Bonuses per unit leased
• Strong upside for high performers

Earning Potential:Top performers can earn $6,000–$10,000+ per month through base pay + leasing bonuses.

This role is heavily performance-driven — the more units you help lease, the more you earn.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow income based on performance, not just hourly pay.
