Lively Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Content Marketing Assistant to support our growing brokerage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands real estate marketing, and can effectively manage multiple projects while driving social media growth and engagement. This is NOT a basic admin or Canva job. We are a top-producing real estate team looking for someone who can execute high-level content marketing—with a heavy focus on:

  • Filming + editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
  • Growing social media accounts
  • Using SEO to increase visibility (Instagram + Google)

Role Description:

Lively Real Estate is hiring a Content Marketing Assistant to help scale our brand through video-first marketing, social media growth, and strong execution.

This role is for someone who can:

  • Move fast
  • Think like a marketer
  • Execute consistently from a marketing plan
  • Film, edit, and produce consistent short-form video content
  • Create high-performing Reels/TikToks using current trends, hooks, and storytelling
  • Post and distribute content across: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile
  • Manage and grow Instagram presence, including increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility
  • Write captions and structure content using SEO best practices (keywords, search-based content)
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt content quickly
  • Review analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
  • Create and design marketing materials including flyers, postcards, brochures, and social media graphics

You would be responsible for helping grow the brand—not just posting content

MARKETING & SYSTEMS

  • Execute listing campaigns (Just Listed, Just Sold, Under Contract)
  • Assist with email marketing (newsletters & campaigns)
  • Help improve marketing workflows and systems for efficiency

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and send 200+ marketing letters weekly
  • Write handwritten client appreciation notes
  • Support day-to-day office operations

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience filming and editing short-form video content
  • Experience growing social media accounts (not just posting)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Hooks and retention
  • Reels/TikTok trends
  • Audience engagement
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for social media and Google
  • Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in-office and on camera

Schedule & Compensation:

30-40 hours per week (in-office)

Hourly position (based on experience)

Weekly timesheet submission required

1099 position to start opportunity for full-time

Bonus opportunities based on performance

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
