Real Estate / Corporate Attorney

NowackHoward, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated real estate/corporate attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a background in general corporate, insurance defense, collections and real estate litigation to advance their career with one of Georgia’s premier law firms representing homeowner and condominium associations. Our ideal candidate has three to six years of general corporate advice, insurance defense, collections and real estate litigation related experience and must be licensed to practice law in Georgia. Our position offers the opportunity to represent condominium and homeowner associations in a wide range of litigation and independently manage a caseload.

Members of our litigation team engage in all aspects of the practice, ranging from pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials, and have the opportunity to manage relationships between clients and the firm. Attorneys are permitted to work a hybrid schedule with two remote days per week.

Requirement:

  • Member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
