A Senior Document Controller for a real estate company manages all project documentation (contracts, drawings, specs, correspondence) using systems like Aconex, ensuring accuracy, version control, and easy retrieval for smooth project lifecycle, coordinating with internal/external teams, and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain centralized document control systems (e.g., Aconex, PMWEB) for all project information.
  • Control incoming/outgoing documents (drawings, specs, contracts, emails) and manage internal/external distribution.
  • Maintain detailed logs (database registers) of documents, revisions, and status; generate reports for management.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments (development, commercial) for timely document processing.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in document control, preferably in real estate/construction projects for around 5 - 6 years in UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and specific Document Management Systems (DMS) like Aconex or PMWEB.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
