Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive/Agent
Reports to: [Sales Manager/Broker]
Location: Greater Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales professional to join our team. You'll be responsible for buying, selling, and renting properties, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients.
2. Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
3. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including potential buyers, sellers, and referrals.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, administration) to ensure seamless transactions.
Requirements:
1. Valid real estate license (if required in your jurisdiction).
2. Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of local real estate market, laws, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/properties.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with CRM software and real estate technology.

3. Knowledge of marketing strategies and lead generation.
