We are hiring an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in the real estate sector to support our expanding operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR systems.
• Drive training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with department managers to fulfill staffing needs.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of HR experience in the real estate industry (must).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and solid understanding of Egyptian labor law.
