About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Center of Excellence to lead and manage our consultant talent pool. This role is crucial for scaling our operations and ensuring we have the right expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients across various industries, including FMCG, Banking, Construction, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Pharmaceuticals, in Egypt and the MEA region. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our consulting talent, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Operations

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the sourcing and recruitment of a diverse range of HR professionals, including Senior Assessors, HR Consultants, Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, Foreign Assessors and Trainers, and Executive Researchers.
  • Onboarding: Design and manage a seamless onboarding process to ensure new consultants are fully prepared for project engagements.
  • Manpower Planning: Conduct strategic manpower planning to proactively expand the consultant pool and meet growing project demands.
  • Scheduling & Allocation: Coordinate consultant schedules and project allocations, aligning individual expertise and availability with specific project needs.
  • Performance & Utilization: Monitor consultant performance and utilization, creating detailed reports to identify highly effective and underutilized consultants.
  • Financial Management: Negotiate competitive financial packages with consultants on a project-by-project basis, ensuring alignment with project budgets. Develop and maintain financial reports to track consultant payments and allocation.

Strategic Development & Engagement

  • Process Design: Design and implement efficient operational processes for the Center of Excellence, including streamlined onboarding procedures for each service offered.
  • Performance Evaluation: Develop and administer performance evaluation surveys to assess the impact and effectiveness of consultants.
  • Development Planning: Formulate and implement professional development plans to enhance consultant skills and broaden their competencies across diverse services.
  • Event Organization: Organize bi-annual engagement events to foster a collaborative environment, share company insights, and gather valuable feedback from the consultant community.
  • Contract Management: Draft and manage all contractual agreements, including NDAs, for consultants.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership or senior management role, with a strong background in one or more of the following areas: talent acquisition, HR consulting, operations management, or professional services.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams or talent pools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Experience working within the MEA region is a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£45,000.00 per month
