Job Description:

Apex Group is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate / Investment Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and promoting real estate investment opportunities to both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Advise clients on suitable property options based on their needs, budget, and investment goals.
• Present and promote real estate projects through meetings, calls, and online presentations.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales support teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Assist clients throughout the buying/selling process, including documentation and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years experience in real estate sales or investment consulting (experience with overseas clients is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of the Lahore property market and investment trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
