Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports To: CEO – Apex Group

Supervises: 5 Real Estate / Investment Consultants

Employment Type: Retainer (Base Salary) + Team Commission

Work Location: Lahore

Job Description:

Apex Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our real estate sales and investment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, developers, and management.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep market knowledge within the real estate and investment domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Sales Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 5 Real Estate / Investment Consultants.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.
  • Oversee client interactions to ensure professional service and satisfaction.

Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property sales and investment growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Represent Apex Properties in key client meetings, property expos, and networking events.

Client & Market Engagement

  • Manage both local and overseas clients for property sales and investment deals.
  • Stay updated on property market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate client needs and provide customized investment advice.

Operational Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the marketing and digital teams for campaign planning and lead generation.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the CEO.
  • Ensure proper documentation, deal closure, and commission disbursement processes.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical practices within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
  • 6–8 years of experience in property sales, investment consulting, or real estate management.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong market understanding of real estate projects (especially in Lahore & major cities).
  • Ability to manage both local and overseas clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
