Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: GM Sales And Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects of Urban Developers.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales deals, and handle all documentation processes.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
