Real Estate Legal Consultant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Legal Consultant to join our team and ensure smooth, legally compliant property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, lease documents, and memorandums of understanding.
• Conduct due diligence on property titles, ownership rights, encumbrances, and zoning regulations.
• Advise clients on compliance with real estate laws, land use regulations, tenancy laws, and government approvals.
• Handle legal disputes related to property ownership, landlord-tenant issues, boundary disputes, or breach of contract.
• Assist in structuring and closing real estate investments, financing, and development projects.
• Liaise with government authorities, developers, investors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Keep updated with changes in real estate laws, property regulations, and taxation policies.
• Represent clients in arbitration, mediation, or court (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law (LLM) or specialization in real estate law is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in real estate law, property contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of local land laws, tenancy laws, real estate financing, and property registration processes.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients in clear terms.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.
