Real Estate Listing Transaction Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team and help manage our growing business. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at the same time. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and capable of working closely with agents, clients, attorneys, vendors and lenders to ensure a professional, timely and smooth transaction.

Client Responsibilities:

• Act as a concierge to the client
• Create Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) for potential listings
• Prepare Listing Agreement (Zipforms/Docusign)
• Ensure property disclosures and required documentation have been accurately completed
• Coordinate listing activities, lightly stage home for photos, and attend photo shoot
• Create listing flyer and enter listings into MLS, Compass Website with associated photos, links, and documents
• Communicate timelines and calendars with sellers to ensure they understand expectations

Team Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular social media schedule with varied and value-rich content (market updates, local hot spots/happenings, lifestyle branding, personal connection, listings/just sold, etc.)
• Originate Monthly E-Newsletters, quarterly farming newsletters, postcard mailers
• Boost Google review and search analytics; promote testimonials
• Coordinate customer appreciation events

Qualifications:

• NC Real-Estate License (recommended/preferred)
• 1-2 years’ Real Estate Listing/Transition experience
• Experience in marketing and social media content creation
• Must live within 30 minutes of the Cary, NC Compass office and have valid NC driver's license to work in the field
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation:

• Salary, plus incentives
• 2 weeks’ vacation, plus company holidays
