Lead and motivate a team of Sales and Telesales Executives to achieve assigned sales goals.

Manage and grow the company’s portfolio across off-plan and secondary markets.

Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with management objectives.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and mentoring.

Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients (HNI & retail).

Handle negotiations and close high-value transactions when required.

Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to the Sales Manager.

Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical standards.

Regular travel within the UAE for site visits, client meetings, and partner coordination.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (MBA preferred).


Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.

Proven track record in team management and target achievement.

Experience in off-plan and/or secondary property sales is required.


Skills:

Excellent leadership and motivational abilities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, and digital sales tools.

Understanding of UAE property laws, RERA compliance, and developer dynamics.

UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
