Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Network with brokers, consultants, developers, and landlords to source suitable properties.
• Conduct pre-feasibility analysis of sites – covering real estate factors, business estimates, project suitability, basic legal papers, and licenses.
• Negotiate and close all deliverables for sites in the required format.
• Present site feasibility packages to senior management.
• Complete due diligence and legal agreements for deals.
• Ensure all landlord deliverables (due diligence, agreement signing, project deliverables pre & post-construction) are met.
• Provide tactical marketing promotion support for store openings.
• Asset management – resolve landlord-related issues for operational stores in the territory.
• Manage documentation to maintain records of key property approvals.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Postgraduate, preferably with a specialization in Sales & Marketing, Finance, or dual specialization.
• Experience: 6–10 years of prior work experience.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and team player mindset.
• Clear and concise communication skills – verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Process orientation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Preferred Industry: QSR, Retail, FMCG.
