Senior Facility Manager for Service Apartment

Job description

We are seeking a young and dynamic Senior Facility Manager to oversee our service apartments across multiple locations in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should:

- Be aged 45 or below

- Possess a pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

- Be energetic and proactive with a positive attitude

- Be fluent in English and Hindi

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing housekeeping operations

- Supervising a team of managers and staff

- Property management and maintenance

- Petty cash management

- Coordinating with guests, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
