Leadership Roles

Fixed salary up to AED 30,000

Flat 50% commission on self-sales (no targets attached)

12% team override

3% company shares

8–16% quarterly appraisals

Individual Contributor Roles

High fixed salaries

Up to 35% commission (quarterly slabs, no sales targets)

10% quarterly performance appraisals

Plus:
