Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Qesm 1st El Mansoura. The Real Estate Manager will oversee the leasing and management of properties, ensure compliance with lease agreements, and manage commercial and residential real estate operations. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating leases, ensuring properties meet legal requirements, and driving the profitability and efficiency of real estate assets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Experience with Leases and knowledge of lease agreements
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate operations
• Solid communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and legal regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to work on-site and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
